About us and our role regarding your personal information
The project REBUILT is a two-year project co-funded by the European Union in the context of ERASMUS+ KA220-HED – “Cooperation partnerships in higher education” (Agreement number: 021-1-DK01-KA220-HED-000030127). The overall objective of the REBUILT project is to develop and cultivate an effective innovation ecosystem of Higher Education Institutions, Business Communities and Research Institutions that contributes towards achieving an urgent environmental turning point
REBUILT develops a joint training programme, REBUILT MOOC, in accordance with the ECVET/EQF/EQAVET and Micro-credential approach, the GOOD PRACTICES & TOOLS & REBUILT Virtual Library. Through 4 Workshops, 4 online courses, 2 work-based Learning activities and the transnational mobility, will enhance the competences of professionals, tackling skills mismatches and supporting the formation of an effective higher and vocational education system. This multi-stakeholder partnership, comprising of 9 partners from 6 European countries, develops all the outputs in 5 EU languages, ensuring their cross-border transferability. Furthermore, it assures the long-lasting effect of the project results by elaborating Policy Recommendations, able to inform the policy agendas at national and EU level.

We process your personal information provided to us as mentioned above for the following reasons:
- Information regarding your visit to the website. This information is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure the stability and security of the connection and the system.

We will store the information provided under A, B, C and D, based on our quality procedures for no more than four (3) years (the duration of the project).

The information provided to us by you will be stored in the main information system and will be kept on a need-to-know basis.
Access to the data may be provided to authorized personnel of each partner of the REBUILT project, to the European Union (staff relevant to the European Projects ERASMUS+), to the national authorities of each country (should need arise), to the website administrator, to the platform support company and the platform and infrastructure host.
In case it is necessary for your information to be shared with others, we will inform you accordingly.

The countries that will receive your personal information are:
Denmark, Greece, Belgium, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Cyprus.
